Both plans include one BBPOS WisePOS E card reader per location, on loan for the whole subscription. The reader remains Dishup property and is returned when the subscription ends.

Prices per venue, VAT excluded. The quarterly plan is paid in advance every three months, the annual plan in a single payment; both renew automatically. The Dishup fee and Stripe fees apply to processed payments and are separate from the subscription.

- Only duration and price. The quarterly plan costs €269.70 + VAT every three months, equal to €89.90 per month. The annual plan costs €958.80 + VAT in a single payment, equal to €79.90 per month, and saves €120 compared with four quarters. The features and the reader on loan are the same.
- Payments processed with Dishup carry the Dishup fee (1.99% + €0.25 per payment), separate from the subscription: it covers the integrated flow of order, bill, payment and reconciliation. Stripe’s payment processing fees are separate and depend on the card network and card type.
- Yes. With both billing options you receive one BBPOS WisePOS E reader per venue on loan. It remains Dishup’s property and must be returned when the subscription ends, under the loan terms. Additional readers and the Dishup One SmartPOS are available to rent.
- Yes, the subscription is per venue: each venue has its own subscription and its own reader on loan. If you run several venues, let’s talk: we build a dedicated offer for groups.
- The Dishup fee and Stripe fees on payments, additional hardware (readers, printers, kiosks, docks and accessories) and professional services remain separate: on-site installation, menu migration, dedicated training, custom integrations and support with guaranteed response times.
- As many as you need. Staff users are unlimited, so everyone works with their own login.
